Job Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire domestic helper placement process, ensuring seamless integration of sourcing, candidate selection, interviews, contract preparation, and post-placement client support. This encompasses adherence to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and other relevant statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with management to define sales targets and actively work towards surpassing team goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; handle inquiries and promptly resolve placement-related concerns.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices within the domestic helper sector.
Requirements:
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a maid agency, with a solid grasp of the end-to-end placement process.
  • CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification is an advantage.
  • Well-versed in MOM guidelines and current industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Able to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
