Job Title: Employment Agent

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential employer and domestic helper leads, understanding domestic helper profiles, skillsets, experience, salary expectations, and aspirations.

  • Discussing employer needs with domestic helpers and negotiating employment terms
  • Matching domestic helpers with employers and coordinating training programs
  • Preparing employment contracts and ensuring they meet legal requirements
  • Providing after-sales follow-up and service
  • Mediating between workers and employers when issues arise

Key skills and qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in handling employer and FDW matters independently, and strong marketing, sales, and mediation skills. Proficiency in using technology and knowledge of Ministry of Manpower Employment Regulatory Frameworks are also essential.
