**Your Role**:
As an **Employment Agent**, your main responsibility is to match families with suitable domestic helpers by providing **outstanding customer service** and **closing sales efficiently**. With **a steady stream of incoming leads**, there’s no need to spend time prospecting or cold-calling - we ensure you have the right support to succeed

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **No sales prospecting needed - we provide leads**:

- Present domestic helper profiles, arrange interviews, and guide clients through the selection process.
- Close sales efficiently by addressing client concerns and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Provide support to both clients and domestic helpers, ensuring successful placements.
- Handle necessary administrative tasks to comply with regulatory requirements.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔Strong **customer service and sales-closing skills**.
✔A **people-oriented and persuasive communicator**.
✔Ability to work independently while meeting sales targets.
✔Excited to work in Marine Parade / Katong area.
✔**CEI certification is NOT required for interviews** but must be obtained before starting work.

**Work Schedule & Benefits**:
