Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced professional to manage and deliver professional skills development programs aligned with our global offerings. The ideal candidate will develop the legal learning curriculum for legal employees and partners while participating in global initiatives and solutions.
This role involves building relationships with senior stakeholders and implementing development interventions that meet our organization's goals. To be successful, you will have:
- A deep understanding of adult learning principles and their practical application in a professional services setting
- At least 5 years' experience working in the professional services or legal sector
- Experience leading and managing senior leaders through change
- Qualifications in organisational development, education, or psychology desirable
- Qualifications and extensive experience in executive coaching desirable
- Experience in working in a global organisation and across different time zones and cultures
- Demonstrated ability to work constructively in a complex and rapidly changing work environment
