Job Summary:

The Guest Satisfaction Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that all guests have a positive and memorable experience at our resort.

This role involves performing check-in and check-out for hotel guests in a professional and efficient manner, as well as maintaining effective communication within the Front Office department and other departments. The ideal candidate will possess a warm and pleasant personality, with good knowledge of local city streets, restaurants, and major attractions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform check-in and check-out for hotel guests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain effective communication within the Front Office department and other departments
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of guest recognition programs and accurate guest recognition reports
  • Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
