Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled EV Charging Infrastructure Specialist to oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and uptime of our network.

About the Role
  • Leverage your electrical engineering degree and 3-5 years of experience to manage the lifecycle of technology assets for EV charging stations.
  • Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to optimize network performance.
Tech Solution Expertise
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards concerning safety, environmental impact, and cybersecurity.
  • Oversee cybersecurity protocols to protect customer data and infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with factories and technology providers for cost efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure hardware, software, and support services.
  • Work closely with the customer support team to address technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
