Job Title: EV Charging Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EV Charging Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an EV Charging Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer premises are ready for EV charger installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Assessment: Conduct thorough site visits and inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Transportation & Logistics: Safely transport installers, tools, and equipment to project sites.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of installers in executing EV charger installations according to company standards and regulations.
  • Customer Coordination: Communicate with customers on installation day, addressing queries and ensuring smooth handovers.
  • Charger Setup & Testing: Set up, configure, and test EV chargers, including firmware updates as required.
  • Customer Training: Educate customers on charger operation and usage of associated mobile applications.
  • Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate documentation, installation checklists, and compliance forms.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed service logs and generate reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Minimum Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the electrical or EV industry.
  • Licenses & Certifications: Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A Singapore driver's license. EV Charger Equipment Specialist certification will be advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.
