Key Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure efficient operations, maintenance, and customer satisfaction of EV charging infrastructure by performing regular site visits, real-time monitoring, and coordination with vendors and service teams.

  • Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee chargers meet safety, cleanliness, branding, and operational standards.
  • Perform troubleshooting, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure charger uptime and usability.
  • Monitor backend systems for faults or outages, address minor on-site issues, and escalate complex problems to technical teams or OEMs.
  • Track usage, downtime, and energy data; generate performance reports; and recommend improvements based on analytics.
  • Liaise with OEMs, maintenance vendors, and service providers to ensure SLA compliance and efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of site visits, inspections, and maintenance activities; submit regular operational reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Energy, or a related technical field is required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in EV charging infrastructure operations, energy systems, or facility management is preferred.
  • Understanding of network connectivity, backend monitoring tools, and IoT-based systems is necessary.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and operations dashboards is required.
