Driving Enterprise Transformation through Performance Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Performance Management and Goals Management (PMGM) Consultant.
- Design, configure, and deploy PMGM modules for new and existing clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into system configurations aligned with SAP best practices.
- Lead end-to-end implementations and support for PMGM modules, ensuring successful data migration and go-live.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting PMGM, as well as strong knowledge of performance form templates, goal alignment, calibration, and continuous performance management.
Additional requirements include:
- A certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (latest release preferred).
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SuccessFactors integration touchpoints.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, resolve issues proactively, and deliver on time.
- Team-oriented attitude and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related fields.
As a Performance Management and Goals Management Consultant, you will play a key role in driving enterprise and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions using the PMGM module.
