Driving Business Excellence through Process Leadership

The Process Universe Lead is a crucial role in our organization, responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvements across the enterprise.
- Develop and maintain a consistent and robust process universe for the bank, aligned with business standards and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management, Global Process Owners, Product Owners, and Domain Owners to identify opportunities and challenges, and drive transformational activities to simplify, digitise, standardise, and automate key processes.
- Build relationships and influence stakeholders to drive a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.
- Ensure processes are documented as per business standards, and work with relevant stakeholder groups to ensure the process universe is fit for purpose.
