About the Role

As a Strategic Partnership Manager at Assurity Trusted Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success by partnering with GovTech divisions and agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and participate in key business processes such as billing and collection services and product onboarding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and Business Analysts to build business cases and recommend best practices to achieve project outcomes such as product adoption, customer satisfaction, and cost savings.
  • Maintain close partnership with stakeholders to support billing and product onboarding processes.
  • Establish regular cadence with stakeholders to set delivery expectations of quality and scope and communicate progress.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of milestones.
  • Understand, manage, and mitigate risks related to project scope, delivery, and conflict resolution.
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities within client accounts and develop strategic plans to pursue them, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
  • Optimize existing workflows and documentation to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a similar role within the technology industry or Government.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at both executive and working levels.
  • Demonstrated good ability in consulting and project management skills, with validated results working as a reliable advisor to drive business value to customers.
  • Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with strong organization and people-handling skills.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to work out innovative solutions to unique technical challenges.
