Job Title: Senior Program Manager, Retail Banking

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Program Manager in our Retail Banking division.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional programs across the organization, ensuring effective delivery of business outcomes. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, requirement gathering and solution definition, project planning and execution, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent program management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 13+ years of relevant banking experience with a focus on retail banking and program management.
  • Master's / bachelor's degree in engineering/ business/ finance or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of technology and operational processes across functions/departments.
  • Retail banking knowledge including wealth banking is essential.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale programs with expertise in scoping and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of Digital Servicing Transformation with working knowledge of Lean/Agile principles/practices and data analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic forward-thinking approach to challenges with outstanding influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills.
  • Critical Thinking, Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and process design skills.
