Project Leadership Opportunity in Retail Platform

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead complex software engineering programs and projects for our retail platform. This role requires strong business acumen, technical skills, and leadership experience in managing multi-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions, managing project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring successful program delivery.

  • Lead project teams as domain expert for retail business, combining business insight with communication and technical skills.
  • Interface between engineers and product owners, applying retail principles to improve development time and effectiveness.
  • Articulate business and technical implications of decisions made by project teams, handling senior partner relationships.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring successful program delivery.
Requirements

The following qualifications are required:

  • Years of technical project management experience in eCommerce or Retail Industries.
  • Strong resource management experience in complex environments.
  • Project and program management experience in software development environment.

  • Deep experience and expertise in electronic commerce for consumer products.
  • Experience leading multiple high-priority projects with a sense of urgency.
