What you do
  • Change: Plan, Organize and Manage Delivery across the Group
  • Take leadership to work with Business to define the prioritized book of work based on the business technology roadmap.
  • Overall responsible for the delivery of business and technology capabilities aligned with the business strategies and technology roadmap and BAU operations for the Platform.
  • Manage and drive project activities across multiple departments, establishing roadmaps, project plans, resources, budgets, schedules and task assignments.
  • Ensure work deliverables comply with Bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to project sponsor and steering committee.
  • Plan and oversee documentation for each project phase through production deployment.
  • Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering to define and govern architecture and design patterns to drive reusability, scalability and maintainability of the platform across the Region.
  • Ensure optimal customer and employee experience by collaborating with Product Owners and across the GCOO group.
  • Address and resolve issues raised by teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement to improve delivery quality and productivity of the teams.
  • Manage stakeholders and communication; oversee internal teams and vendor relationships supporting the Platform.
    • Run: Oversee and ensure continuous availability and health of Production systems
    • Overall accountable for the health of the platform in Production, including availability per service levels.
    • Manage incidents with appropriate structures and processes to ensure timely resolution; collaborate with relevant teams in service restoration for incidents from downstream systems, infrastructure, or networks.
    • Proactively implement monitoring and preventive measures to detect and prevent incidents.
    • Address risks related to the platform (vulnerabilities, capacity, obsolescence).
    • Plan, forecast and manage the Platform's operating budget within the annual Operating Plan.
    • Drive root cause analysis and share learnings with both the Change and Run teams.
      • Risk Management
      • Overall responsible for comprehensive risk management for the Platform covering project execution and BAU operations.
      • Accountable for compliance with Technology Architecture framework, Information Security Policy and Guidelines.
      • Ensure compliance with regulatory and Bank policies in day-to-day Platform management.
        • Financial Management
        • Overall responsible for management of technology investment budgets, including external vendors and internal resources for Platform projects.
        • Drive cost efficiency and resource optimization for BAU operations.
          • People Management
          • Manage resource skillsets and hiring to meet demand within the annual budget.
          • Grow talent across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China; oversee succession and development plans.
          • Responsible for the Platform's employee engagement results.

          • Ownership mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented
          • Ability to think outside the box
          • 12+ years experience as a Product Owner/ Project Manager in large-scale BPM programs
          • Thought leadership in conceptualizing ideas and translating them into tangible outcomes
          • People leadership to manage a team and influence stakeholders in digital transformation
          • Experience in core enterprise payment systems development and operations workflows
          • Experience with cross-border payments – SWIFT
          • RTGS payments; Intra-Group payments across countries; Single and Bulk payments
