As a Core Banking and Retail Banking Solutions Specialist at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver customized solutions that cater to the unique needs of our clients. You should possess knowledge of traditional Core Banking systems such as Temenos, Finnacle, Flexcube, and FIS. Familiarity with modern cloud-native core banking platforms like Mambu, Thought Machine, 10x, and Finxact will be an added advantage.Collaboration with sales teams will be key in identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and driving revenue growth. You will be required to craft clear and compelling proposals that showcase our value proposition and align with client requirements. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will guide clients on best practices in Core Banking and Retail Banking.Close coordination with internal teams will be essential to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions. It is imperative to stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure that our solutions remain relevant and competitive. A solid understanding of concepts such as Open Banking, Embedded Finance, Banking as a Service (BaaS), and platform banking is crucial.Moreover, a strong grasp of technical concepts like APIs, microservices, cloud computing, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and next-generation AI is highly desirable.
