Job Title: Admin Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD.

Job Summary

The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and service reports.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence, including email, filing, and mailing out invoices.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the operations team on scheduling, site arrangements, and material procurement.
  • Update operations' confirmed schedules and maintain various registries, including quotation, PO, and WO registers.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the operations team.
Requirements
  • At least a Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of related work in maintenance services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
