This role assists the Fulfillment Manager of Performance Improvement team in managing the entire process of Rewards Fulfilment, including rewards proposal, catalogue curation, redemptions, and fulfillment for all client programs offered in both local and regional Asia Pacific programs.

The main responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating with vendors, managing financial aspects of rewards, resolving product-related issues, designing promotional materials, providing customer service, and supporting project management tasks.

You will work autonomously and independently without direct supervision, taking initiatives and ownership of job tasks while demonstrating excellent time management skills.

">Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all rewards to clients and its program participants
  • Source new vendors when required and manage insurance with reward vendors if applicable
  • Design and promote product marketing specials and seasonal offers, followed by promotions set-ups
  • Provide effective service to internal and external clients, liaise with Account Managers or Project Managers to develop and market product to clients, and build and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Sourcing and negotiating best rates of a varied list of exciting reward items, delivery, and insurance
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Full management of program emails and enquiries, handling email correspondence with program stakeholders or program participants, answering phone enquiries from program participants, forwarding program or client-related messages to relevant parties, and liaising all forms of communications for program support
  • Preparing program reports, supporting program activities review, and validating program operations
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating program participants records, processing program information and data completion on system tools, and facilitating the sending acknowledgement of customers' e-mails, letters, and online ordering
  • Supporting client billing and vendor payments, business plans, and proposals upon requests
