Contract Logistics Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned business development specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for driving growth in our contract logistics business in Singapore.
Your primary objective will be to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing. You will also prepare compelling proposals, tender submissions, and presentations that meet client needs and set us apart in the market.
Additionally, you will act as the coordination hub for marketing activities, industry events, and promotional campaigns that raise our brand profile. You will capture market intelligence, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to strengthen our competitive position.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You should also possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.
Furthermore, you should have proficiency in MS Office Suite, with CRM or tender management system experience being a plus. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects is essential.
