Accounting and HR Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, as well as experience with payroll processing and HR administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and managing HR activities such as employee onboarding and offboarding.

They will also be expected to liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and vendors as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, as well as year-end audits.
  • Manage payroll processing and statutory submissions, including CPF, IRAS, and MOM filings.
  • Assist with HR administration, including employee onboarding, leave tracking, and performance management.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and vendors as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an accounting or accounts assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software.
  • Familiarity with GST matters and Singapore payroll and HR regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
