Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Accountant/HR Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day full set accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, accounts payable/receivable management, and general ledger maintenance.
Additionally, the successful applicant will be expected to handle payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees. Tax compliance is also a critical aspect of this role, requiring the ability to prepare and submit tax returns in accordance with relevant regulations.
General administrative tasks, such as maintaining files and handling correspondence, will also be part of the job scope.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with QuickBooks/MYOB software is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and/or HR
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
