Accounting and HR Assistant Job Opportunity

As an Accounting and HR Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day full set accounting tasks, including payroll processing, tax compliance, and general administrative duties. You will work with a range of software, including Quickbook and MYOB.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day full set accounting tasks
  • Process employee salaries and ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining files and handling correspondence
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including Quickbook and MYOB
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of tax laws and regulations
