As an Accounting and HR Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day full set accounting tasks, including payroll processing, tax compliance, and general administrative duties. You will work with a range of software, including Quickbook and MYOB.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day full set accounting tasks
- Process employee salaries and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as maintaining files and handling correspondence
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Quickbook and MYOB
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of tax laws and regulations
