Job OverviewResponsibilities
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and job offers.
  • Coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Initiate and oversee the work pass application process for foreign employees.
  • Update staff on the prevailing HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare employee letter of appointment and monitor staff confirmation status.
Payroll and Benefits Management
  • Efficiently manage payroll processing and reporting using the HR system.
  • Collaborate with government agencies to secure relevant grants.
  • Develop, review, and refine company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Compile monthly headcount reports, daily attendance records, and OT reports.
  • Aid in HR budget planning and tracking expenditure.
Performance Development and Training
  • Administer performance appraisal processes effectively.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance concerns and develop improvement plans.
  • IDentify training needs and coordinate employee training initiatives.
Employee Engagement
  • Create engaging employee experiences through strategic events and activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in HR or Business Management.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems and HR processes.
Essential Skills

  • Deep understanding of employment law.
