Job Overview
The role involves leading on the design, implementation of technology and creative business solutions for iconic brands. You will take charge of projects, solving some of the most exciting problems for our clients, build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors, and collaborate with amazing digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions. Supporting the digital team in RFP and proposal responses is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
* Develop effective communications and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, clients, and team members
* Drive business growth through the implementation of technology and creative business solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients
* Collaborate with digital experts to innovate and create solutions that deliver exceptional results
* Support the digital team in RFP and proposal responses, ensuring we are always one step ahead in securing new business opportunities

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in a relevant technology, business, or marketing discipline. You should have at least 8 years of experience in consulting and/or CRM implementation in an enterprise environment. Functional or techno-functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Development experience in Apex, VisualForce, Java/J2EE, and AMPScript are highly desirable. Relevant Salesforce certification(s) in Sales, Service, and Marketing will also be a plus.
