**Opportunity**

The company is headquartered in Paris, and established his first international office in Singapore in January 2020.

In a context of rapid growth of activity, Niji is hiring a Business Consultant to support the delivery of a project.

**Your role**

As Business Consultant, you will be part of the Business Consulting practice of Niji Singapore and will report to the Consulting Manager in charge of leading & developing Niji Business Consulting activities across the APAC Region. You will have two main objectives:

- Leading and delivering digital transformation projects for our clients (customer experience, process optimisation, CRM )
- Taking part in Niji’s growth in the region by identifying new business opportunities and building proposals to meet clients’ expectation

**Main tasks and activities**

For one our client, you will have three main activities:
Lead the RFP process to select a new ERP system:

- Gather from the needs from the different departments (sales, operation, IT )
- Write the RFP and send it to the identified solutions
- Lead the process of selection (analysis of the proposals, oral presentation, shortlist )
- Build a business case based on the best proposal
- Participate to the final decision

Finalise the internal IT policy and guidelines:

- Enrich the existing policy with the needs from the Legal & IT department
- Coordinate the Legal & IT departments for final validation

Create & Set up the Business Continuity Plan
- Be the lead for this project across all departments
- List all the different potential scenarios with the different departments of our clients and prioritize them
- Define the different processes to put in place to ensure Business Continuity when a scenario happens and test them
- Create the documentation

**Qualifications/Background**
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- An experience abroad will be highly appreciated
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- Experience & proven track record in:

- Delivering Digital projects
- Leading RPF consultation
- Working wilth business and IT stakeholders
- Conducting interviews and lead workshops
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments, challenges and people
- Strong interest for digital & technological challenges
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
