We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with experience in delivering engagements for asset management with a strong experience in managing a small team.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Developing marketing strategies and plans for new products or services.
- Conducting research on industry trends, technology changes, and customer preferences to help companies identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Identifying potential risks or challenges that may arise with specific projects or initiatives.
- Collaborating with other consultants to develop proposals, presentations, or other materials.
- Developing proposals, plans of action, and other documents that explain how to achieve specific goals.
- Providing strategic advice to senior management and stakeholders to improve performance, including identifying potential risks and offering solutions.
- Creating detailed business plans for new ventures or expansion efforts.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 7 years professional experience in business consulting, project management, or related field.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related discipline.
- Proven success leading and managing teams to deliver successful projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
