About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Management Specialist to join our growing Singapore office. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience in a bank providing international payments services to financial institution clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of bank customers, collaborating with relationship managers to provide exceptional service.
  • Primary responsibility for servicing Thailand customers, with the ability to cover other geographies as required.
  • Proactively manage customer issues, monitoring overdrafts and confirming additional sources of funds.
  • Handle complex customer issues, including escalation and resolution.
  • Evaluate profitability and risk of designated portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate regulatory requirements and track compliance, escalating identified issues for resolution.
  • Assist with customer onboarding, due diligence, and risk management matters.
  • Act as the main point of contact for operational questions, executing standard protocols regarding customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with peers and colleagues to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Conduct courtesy calls to promote relationship building and a positive customer experience, identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in business relationship support or equivalent, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Customer service experience in a bank providing international payments services to financial institution clients.
  • Knowledge of the Thai market and financial institutions is essential.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Thai language is required for client engagement.

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
