We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at KoolLogix PTE. LTD. as a Director of Growth and Innovation in Data Center Solutions.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to leverage their expertise in business development, sales, and market analysis to drive growth and innovation in the data center industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and delivering results-oriented solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential clients in the Singapore and China markets.
  • Develop and execute effective market entry strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Build a robust pipeline of high-value projects through strategic networking and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
Business Development and Sales:
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients, stakeholders, and partners in the target regions.
  • Bilateral relationships with decision-makers, including IT managers, facility managers, and procurement leads.
  • Secure contracts and projects by effectively presenting KoolLogix's value proposition, focusing on ROI, sustainability benefits, and energy efficiency.
Sales Planning and Execution:
  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for both regions.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure proposals meet client needs.
  • Monitor the sales funnel, track progress, and optimize the approach to close deals effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams (R&D, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide input on product development based on client feedback and market insights.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or data center industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and partnerships in the Singapore and/or China markets.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of data center cooling solutions and green technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
  • Familiarity with cultural and business practices in both Singapore and China.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic markets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Singapore and China.
