Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Delivery Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth delivery experience for our customers.

As a Delivery Support Specialist, you will be the direct point of contact for new customers preparing to take ownership of their vehicles. You will welcome customers to our family by making their journey to ownership a delightful experience. This includes regularly updating our CRM system to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management.

You will also coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to process pre-delivery, registration, and delivery documents completely and accurately. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing all prerequisites of the vehicle registration process for our customers.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. You will support the Sales Manager in delivery center operations, task completion, and ensuring superior customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Organization: Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • CRTS:** Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Licence: Valid driver's license, 2-year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history.
