Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Delivery Support Specialist. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of goods to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Loading and unloading packages onto vehicles while verifying their secure delivery.
  • Ensuring all deliveries are completed according to designated routes and schedules.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles.
  • Providing excellent customer service upon arrival.
  • Verifying that delivery orders are signed and complete.
  • Carrying out additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.

  • Excellent time management and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • The ability to lift heavy items and navigate physically demanding environments.
  • Proficiency in using equipment such as pallet jacks to load and transport goods efficiently.
