Temperature-Sensitive Logistics Specialist

We specialize in temperature-sensitive logistics, utilizing a multi-condition warehouse and a fleet of reefer trucks. Our operational presence allows us to efficiently manage delivery and pickup routes across various locations.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Familiarize yourself with Singapore roads and utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to optimize route assignments.
- Maintain and manage the entire fleet, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Plan and execute resources effectively to meet operational demands.
- Provide training and orientation to new fulfillment specialists, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and maintain operational standards on a quarterly basis, driving continuous improvement.
- Possess a Class 4 license, as it is mandatory for this position.
- Be prepared to work extended hours and varying shifts, with schedules subject to change.
- Manage logistics, dispatch, and vehicle maintenance projects, taking ownership of each task.
- Enjoy commission-based compensation, incentivizing high-quality performance.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of plants and herbs/products, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional results.
