About the Role

This position involves leading daily client support for Life Solutions clients across Asia Pacific, primarily in Japan. Key responsibilities include project implementation with clients and supporting business development.

  • Liaising with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Developing internal networks to identify further client opportunities.
  • Overseeing the development and delivery of client engagements, including proof-of-concept and system implementation.
  • Leading managed service processes and providing leadership and support to the team and other Life Solutions colleagues.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in actuarial system implementation, knowledge of recent regulatory developments in the region, and expertise in actuarial topics such as finance transformation, IFRS17, ALM, and hedging.
  • Consulting experience in the actuarial field would be beneficial.
  • Effective communication skills to present on relevant actuarial topics.
