We are seeking passionate educators to join our team as Early Literacy Specialists. As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for delivering world-class literacy programs in our preschool.
The program was created by a team of Australian literacy experts and is based on the Early Years Framework.
- Develop and implement the literacy program for the class in accordance with educational policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy.
- Prepare age-appropriate teaching materials and resources.
- Use positive guidance strategies and techniques at all times.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with students and their parents.
- Keep accurate records of students' progress.
Our ideal candidates are passionate educators who are eager to raise their teaching craft to a whole new level, and who meet the following criteria:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education/ Educational Studies (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc)
- Minimum of 1 year's classroom teaching experience with learners aged 3 to 7 years old
- Energetic, creative and inspiring personality with dynamic lesson delivery skills
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Knowledge in educational, developmental and cognitive psychology
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written)
