Early Childhood Education Specialist

We are seeking an Early Childhood Education Specialist to deliver our world-class Literacy Program in a preschool setting. As a specialist, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing the Literacy program for a class of young learners.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education, with a minimum of 1 year's classroom teaching experience working with learners aged 3 to 7 years old. The successful applicant will also have excellent communication and classroom management skills, as well as knowledge in educational, developmental, and cognitive psychology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement the Literacy program for a class of young learners, ensuring alignment with the preschool's policies and guidelines.
  • Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and resources to support learning.
  • Use positive guidance strategies and techniques to promote social-emotional development.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and address individual needs.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Educational Studies (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc)
  • Minimum of 1 year's classroom teaching experience working with learners aged 3 to 7 years old
  • Energetic and inspiring personality with dynamic lesson delivery skills
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Knowledge in educational, developmental, and cognitive psychology
  • Strong command of the English language (spoken and written)
