Event Operations Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Event Operations Executive to join our team at FunEmpire.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be responsible, meticulous, and a problem-solver with the ability to handle a dynamic working environment.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate and execute events, both in-person and virtual, to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.
  • Manage event logistics, including setup, preparation, and tear-down, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and service.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of facilitators to support event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and coordinate event details, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental.
  2. Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences.
  3. Maintain accurate records of event planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
  • Able to travel locally for events, with a valid Class 3 Driver's License (Auto or Manual).
