Job Title: Senior Cost Consultant | Up to 6K

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Cost Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and tender management.

  • Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation for interior fit-out projects
  • Prepare tender submission
  • Obtain prices from specialist, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Arrange & keep tender documents systematically
  • Comprehensively master the works required in every tender
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Fit-out tenders/projects
  • Diploma or Degree in related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
