Job Role

Senior Cost Consultant

The primary responsibility of the Senior Cost Consultant lies in preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects. This entails taking off quantities and performing thorough estimations to ensure all aspects are thoroughly assessed.

  • Tender submissions should be prepared with meticulous accuracy.
  • Pricing information must be obtained from specialist suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.

For this role, we require candidates with a degree or diploma in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in interior fit-out tenders/projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administration of tendering documents, including contract agreements.
  • To prepare BQ, cost estimates, budget control, processing of claims, and final account settlements.
  • This also involves attending tender interviews and site show-rounds.

A successful candidate will demonstrate excellent negotiation, budgeting, and construction management skills.
