Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, this position is responsible for the organisation, planning, and directing of overall daily food & beverage operation and administration of the department. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality services, effective leadership of Managers, motivating team members, and driving profitability.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience at all points of sale.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and work legislation.
  • Engage guests' feedback, handle complaints, and provide coaching and motivation to team members.
Team Management

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and checking work schedules, considering forecasts and workloads.
  • Ensuring new hire induction and required trainings are completed within three months.
  • Providing training to team members and casual labour on banquet operations.
  • Maintaining department communication logbook and updating notice board.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $65,000 - SGD $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for career growth and professional development.
