Resilience and Leadership Development Specialist

Enhance professional leadership development and resiliency-building initiatives through evidence-based research, supporting competency-building activities. Collaborate with experienced clinical psychologists to:

  1. Conduct literature reviews on leadership development, workplace resilience, and crisis management; present findings to support recommendations.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and manage engagement activities (e.g., surveys, focus groups) consolidating feedback to develop recommendations.
  3. Assist with staff nominations for training deployment and organisational resilience initiatives.
  4. Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programmes, liaise with vendors, and explore creative delivery methods to embed learning.
  5. Document meeting minutes and processes, organise events, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field, prior work experience in social services, entry level applicants with research experience preferred, and eligibility limited to Singaporeans.
