Senior Resilience Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to enhancing professional development and resiliency-building initiatives through research, while also supporting competency-building activities.
- Conduct literature reviews on leadership development, workplace resilience, and crisis management; present findings to support evidence-based recommendations and best practices.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage engagement activities with professionals and bodies, consolidate feedback to develop recommendations.
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programmes, liaise with vendors, develop training resources and communication materials, and explore delivery methods to embed learning.
- Document meeting minutes and processes, organise events, and perform administrative duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or Sociology with at least Second Upper Class or Distinction (Honours), prior work experience in social services or related sectors, and research experience.
