NFRM Business and System Resilience Senior Specialist - BCM SG

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Establish a robust and comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) program to ensure resumption of critical business services and functions in a timely manner.\
  • Review and provide expert advice on Business Impact Analysis, identifying critical business services or functions and their maximum tolerable downtime.\
  • Develop enterprise-wide Business Continuity Planning (BCP) that addresses disaster recovery, business recovery, and emergency response management.\
  • Oversee the detection, response, resolution, and reporting of incidents affecting business operations or systems.\
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure business, operational, and technology resilience.\
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders and other specialists to establish coherent business and operational resilience strategies.\
  • Develop and lead the execution of BCM programs for Business Units/Departments, including Business Impact Analysis and recovery strategy.\
