About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to lead our Personal Financial Services (PFS) marketing function at a regional level. This role will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution across six markets in Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across the six markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or global role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution, including digital marketing and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders, marketing teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute end-to-end, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
