We are seeking an experienced Senior Lighting Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lighting design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. They will also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Oversee the lighting portion of projects, including concept design, production of lighting layouts, lighting calculations, energy code compliance, report preparation, presentation materials, fixture schedules and specifications, hand sketches, project cost estimation, and reviewing mock-ups.
Key Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., architecture, engineering, interior design).
- 8+ years of professional experience in the lighting design industry, with a focus on project bidding, work winning, and client engagement.
- Strong knowledge of local and international applicable codes and standards, as well as deep understanding and knowledge of lighting systems and lighting controls.
- Proficiency in lighting software such as Photoshop, DIALux, AGI32, Photometric Toolbox, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
