Our company seeks a Lighting Mastermind to join our team in creating exceptional lighting designs. This visionary professional will work closely with electrical teams, clients, and consultants to deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop comprehensive lighting designs that meet project requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior lighting designers to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Present innovative lighting strategies to clients and other stakeholders.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting and cost administration.
• Prepare engaging presentations for project owners and consultants.
• Provide support to clients and manage defect liabilities efficiently.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 3 years of experience in related fields.
• A degree or diploma in Electrical, Architecture, Product Design, or Interior Design.
• Proficiency in design software like Photoshop and Dialux.
• Excellent design skills and creativity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
