Geriatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Geriatric Care Specialist to provide high-quality care to our elderly residents.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to seniors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure holistic care for the health, comfort, and security of senior residents by developing personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs.
  • Deliver professional nursing care that meets geriatric standards and enhances the quality of life for our elderly residents.
  • Plan and implement meaningful activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of senior residents, promoting engagement and social interaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Individual Care Plans, documenting all interactions and updates as necessary.
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene and grooming, ensuring the dignity and well-being of our residents at all times.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, volunteers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and promote best practices in elderly care.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent qualification demonstrating academic competence.
  • At least 2 years of experience in geriatric care in Singapore, showcasing expertise and commitment to this field.
  • Relevant healthcare-related certificates, highlighting specialized knowledge and training.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and resident-centered care.
  • A genuine passion for caring for the elderly, reflected in a strong desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
