- Other- Support HOD in the strategic planning and development of caregiver support strategies
- Support the review of caregiving policy, and monitoring of Caregiving support initiatives
- Drive collaboration with MOH and other relevant agencies to drive the development of national caregiver support initiatives
- Ensure timely update of the key action plans and preparation for milestone discussions with MOH, other agencies, and AIC’s Senior Leadership Team
- Lead the development and monitoring of outcome indicators to measure the impact of the caregiving support strategies
- Lead team to scan, research, and key stakeholder engagement to identify merging trends and needs of caregivers
- Identifying, conceptualizing, and proposing new services and initiatives that complement the Caregiving strategies
- Develop stakeholder engagement framework to engage and identify opportunities for collaboration in line with the Caregiving strategies.
- Lead pilot implementation and programme review for sustainability
- Lead the implementation and review of relevant caregiving pilots to achieve better support for caregivers of seniors in the community
- Work with MOH and other stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness and outcome of the programmes
- Secretariat to inter-agency Caregiver Support Workgroup
- Liaise with MOH and external agencies to provide secretariat support for caregiver support workgroups
- Lead the team to work with stakeholders to update management on initiatives implemented under the Caregiver Support Action Plan
**Job Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in healthcare or community care sectors
- System thinking, leadership experience, programme development, and communication (writing and presentation) skills
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast pace work environment.
- Good interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and managing individual differences.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
