- Support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Family Caregiver Competency Guide (FCCG).
- Support the development of caregiver training roadmap based on analysis of caregiver training landscape, caregivers learning needs, and training gaps
- Support in the design and development of an enhanced caregiver training curriculum to include a blended-learning approach
- Facilitate training providers in the design and development of caregiving curriculum and pedagogy relevant to the learning needs and align with Family Caregiver Competency Guide
- Support the review, design, and development of AIC’s evaluation criteria for approving and onboarding new and existing CTG training providers
- Raise awareness and improve ease of navigation of caregiver training resources on AIC website
- Support the review of a standardized caregiver assessment tool e.g. InterRAI FCNA tool for measuring caregiver burden and developing a care plan

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare, eldercare, and/or social services
- Experience in training, curriculum development/implementation of e-learning and e-learning resources, or programme evaluation would be advantageous
- Ability to think creatively, possess learning agility, and proficient digital fluency.
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good interpersonal skills in handling diverse situations and managing individual differences.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
