What The Role Is
You will be part of a dynamic team that drives and coordinates national caregiver support initiatives in areas such as care navigation, financial support, caregiver empowerment and training, respite care services and workplace support.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What You Will Be Working On
As part of this team, your specific roles will involve:
Developing, reviewing, and implementing caregiver support strategies, as part of MOH’s overall strategy to support ageing-in-place.
Working closely with other agencies and key stakeholders to oversee ground implementation of caregiver support initiatives, such as respite care services and the Caregivers Training Grant, and review their effectiveness.
Monitoring and analysing population trends and citizen feedback, and conceptualising, developing and evaluating pilots on new caregiver support initiatives, to ensure that appropriate support is rendered to families caring for seniors with care needs.
What We Are Looking For
Relevant working experience in healthcare, social services and/or policy formulation is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Meticulous and comfortable with numbers.
Highly motivated and able to effectively work in a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with and bring on board multiple stakeholders with diverse interests.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of working experience.
