We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee all tax-related matters for our Singapore entity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all tax-related and tax accounting matters for the Singapore entity;
- Stay updated with local tax regulations, policy changes, and industry practices;
- Provide accurate tax advisory to business units, ensuring transactions comply with Singapore tax regulations;
- Collaborate with the group tax team on overseas tax matters, including regulatory research and proposing tax solutions;
- Perform regular tax compliance work such as GST filing and CIT filing;
- Prepare and submit external tax reports, and assist in applying for tax incentives;
- Support the group headquarters in tax planning and Transfer Pricing documentation preparation;
- Build and maintain relationships with tax authorities and coordinate data submission or reports;
- Other tax-related tasks or ad-hoc projects assigned by the company or group headquarters.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Economics;
- Minimum 4 years' experience in tax or related functions, preferably in Big 4 accounting firms;
- Strong knowledge of Singapore GAAP and local tax laws and regulations;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of executing tasks independently;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, proficient in English and Chinese.
