Job Title

A highly skilled and accomplished individual is sought to lead a research team in cutting-edge game AI technologies. As the Game AI Research Leader, you will spearhead a team of researchers focused on innovation in game AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead a high-performing research team to drive innovation in game AI technologies.
  • Develop and drive technical strategies to ensure research findings are effectively translated into game content production and player-facing features.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of frameworks and toolchains for game agents, including data synthesis, automated evaluation systems, and related algorithms.
  • Guide the team to produce high-quality academic outputs and game application prototypes.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing research team, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with game development, product, and global AI research teams.
Requirements
  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Possesses research or applied R&D experience in AI, with demonstrated leadership in managing teams or projects.
  • Proven track record of publications, patents, or deployed systems in relevant areas such as reinforcement learning, game AI, NLP, CV, or large-scale models.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and agent-based systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, Go) and experience with mainstream deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with training paradigms and applications of large models, as well as methodologies for data construction and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire research teams, set technical direction, and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
