  • The ideal candidate for this position should have an MBA & above qualification along with 8-12 years of relevant experience in well-known Market Research organizations. Your responsibilities will include training, developing, and mentoring the team to enhance their skills and capacity. You will be accountable for achieving business targets, optimizing deliveries, creating business pitches and proposals, identifying prospects, and converting them into clients. Collaboration with quantitative and other teams is essential in building a comprehensive research plan and design. Moreover, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations for clients, leading client meetings and presentations, tracking business KPIs such as revenue and profitability, and managing research projects effectively. Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills is a must for this role.,
